- We specialise in handcrafted carpentry, custom props, arches, and event decorations.
- All products are handmade, and slight variations in size, colour, or finish may occur.
- Product images are for reference; final products may differ slightly due to craftsmanship.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders can be placed directly through our website or by contacting us.
- Payments can be made via online transfer or cash.
- For custom orders, a 30% advance deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.
- Orders will only proceed once payment or deposit has been confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We provide delivery within Australia. Delivery costs and timeframes will be shared at the time of order.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen events.
- Customers must provide correct delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
5. Refunds & Returns
- Refunds and returns are assessed case by case depending on the condition of the product.
- Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order if there is an issue with the product.
- Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products eligible for return must be unused, unpainted, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original parts and packaging where applicable.
- Painted, modified, assembled, damaged, or used products are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective or was damaged during delivery.
- Custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged during delivery.
- Any approved refund will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and the return has been approved.
- Refund amounts may be adjusted where the product is returned in a condition different from when it was supplied.
- We recommend customers inspect their order as soon as it is received and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
6. Liability
- Our products are designed for event decoration and carpentry purposes.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or customer setup.
- Once the product is delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
